The Blend
Daily Mineral is a bottle of leaves and seeds rather than roots: nettle leaf, alfalfa, oatstraw, moringa, red clover, amaranth and sesame. Every one of them has been eaten as food somewhere, often for centuries, before it was ever put in a tincture.
It is grassy and faintly nutty, the mildest bottle on the shelf, and it is meant to be taken with breakfast rather than thought about.
Traditionally Associated With
These plants have long histories in nourishing herbal preparations and nutrient-rich food traditions across Europe, South Asia, the Americas and the Middle East. No mineral content, nutritional value or correction of any deficiency is claimed here — those are matters for finished-product testing and for your clinician.

Botanical Wisdom
Nettle, the spring tonic
Nettle has been eaten as a spring green across Europe for longer than anyone can document — picked young, before the sting hardens, and cooked into soup. In the Scottish Highlands it was cultivated in walled plots and used as a pot-herb for most of the year. It grows on waste ground, in the shade of walls, and in the corners of every farmyard, which is probably why it became the tonic nobody had to buy.
A Note from the Herbalist
“Nettle has been in more kitchens than any supplement aisle will ever manage. I blend this for the ordinary habit of it — a dropper with breakfast — and I will not pretend to quote you milligrams, because I have not had this batch tested and I would be making it up.”
