Shipping & Returns
Small batch means a little patience. Here is honestly how our parcels and reserved session times travel.
Made by hand, posted twice a week
Every blend is mixed, rested, jarred, and packed by hand. Orders go out on Tuesdays and Fridays. If something is still resting when you order, we will tell you and send it with the next batch.
Where we post
Orders within the United States travel by tracked post and usually arrive within 3–6 business days of dispatch. Postage is calculated at checkout. If you are further afield, write to us first and we will tell you plainly what is possible and what it costs.
Returns
Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price; postage is not refunded. For hygiene and safety, opened products cannot be returned — but if a parcel arrives damaged, or something is not what you expected, write to us within seven days of delivery and we will put it right.
Reserved session times
A time you reserve is held for you and closed to everyone else the moment your payment goes through. If you need to move it, write to us at least 48 hours before your time and we will find you another weekend slot. Within 48 hours the session fee is not refundable, though you are welcome to pass the time to someone else — just tell us who is coming.
Faults and mix-ups
We are small enough to fix things properly. Send a note with your order details and we will either replace the item or refund it, and we will not make you argue for it.
