Terms
Short, and meant to be read. This is what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you.
Orders and payment
An order is confirmed once payment clears, and a receipt goes to your email. If something is out of stock or still resting, we will say so and either send it with the next batch or refund it — your choice. Prices are in US dollars and the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
What our blends are — and are not
Our products are traditional herbal preparations, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and nothing here replaces care from your doctor, midwife, or pharmacist. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or preparing for surgery, speak with them first — and write to us, and we will say plainly what to wait on.
What our sessions are — and are not
Reiki, ThetaHealing®, sound healing, and oracle readings are supportive practices for rest and reflection. They are not medical or psychological treatment and do not replace care from a qualified professional.
Reserved times
A session time reserved on this site is held for you and closed to others. Please arrive as close to your time as you can, and write at least 48 hours ahead if you need to move it — see Shipping & Returns for the full picture.
Our words and photographs
The blends, writing, and photography here belong to EIRA Holistic. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking first — we will usually say yes.
If something goes wrong
Write to hello@eiraholistic.com with your order details. We are a small practice and we would rather fix a problem than defend one.
