What we hold, why we hold it, and how to have it removed — in plain words.
What we keep
When you order or write to us we keep your name, your email address, and — for orders — the delivery details you give at checkout. Nothing more than we need to do what you asked.
Payments
Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe. Your card details never reach us and are never stored on this site.
How we use it
To pack and post orders, to answer your notes, to hold the times you reserve, and — only if you ask for them — to send the EIRA Circle letters.
Who else sees it
We do not sell or rent your details, ever. They are shared only with the services that make the shop work: Stripe for payments, our email provider for sending receipts and letters, and the post for delivery.
Your choices
Write to hello@eiraholistic.com to see, correct, or delete what we hold, or to come off any list. Order records are kept as long as tax and consumer law require, and no longer.
Cookies
This site keeps a little information in your own browser — your cart and where you were in the shop — so a refresh does not lose your place. There are no advertising trackers here.
