Taking the bath
How to take it
Run the bath warm rather than hot, and scatter a generous handful under the running water so that the minerals dissolve and the botanicals release as the tub fills.
Soak for twenty minutes, unhurried. Rinse if you would rather not carry the petals out with you, and take the phone to another room while you are in it.
No tub? The same handful in a bowl of hot water makes a long foot soak, and it works just as well tied in a cloth and hung under a running shower.
