Where I live there is a stone circle, it's traditional use is for drying crop, mostly grain, however in ancient religious scripture this circle, also known as an Eira, was described as "a place of separation and revelation". So, I welcome you to Eira, a place to separate from all external influences, reveal your true core and experience revelation.
I first started holding space in 2019. What started as life and career coaching for young female professionals, slowly evolved through the expansion of my personal tool kit and spiritual development. I now hold space for 1:1 intuition coaching, breathwork ceremonies and facilitate women's circles. I am devoted to this work, alongside being a dedicated mother and student of the earth.

A ceremony.
Be held in sacred space as you allow yourself to be seen, heard and held in complete confidence. This space is open to anyone who wishes to speak free of judgement and be guided through breathwork and meditation in alignment with the conversations we have. Including intuition coaching to set intentions, clarify any questions you wish to ask the all and deliberate.

Coaching sessions with a twist. We'll use guided breath meditation and intuition coaching to find the answers to your deepest questions and create momentum over a 3 month period. Meeting twice a month for 1 hour at a time.
